What is String Art?

What type of photos should I use?

  • Our team will use your provided photo to generate customized instructions. It's best to choose high-quality portrait photos with clear facial features for better results.

What if I haven't received my artwork preview?

  • Check your spam or junk folder, as it might have ended up there. If your email is correct, you’ll receive the preview within 24 hours. If it’s not in your inbox, please email us at support@stringuart.com.

How many steps are there and how long does it take to complete?

  • Typically, there are between 1,500 to 3,000 steps, while Color String Art has 2,500 to 3,500 steps. With our unique DIY kit, completion time is significantly reduced, and the error rate is minimized. On average, it takes about two hours to complete every 1,000 steps.

Can I receive the finished artwork directly? Does this affect the delivery time?

  • Certainly! With our years of experience, we can minimize the production time and ensure accuracy. Typically, you'll need to wait an additional 1-2 days for the finished artwork.

What if any components are missing?

  • We include extra components in the packaging just in case. However, if you find any items missing from your package, please email us at support@stringuart.com, and we’ll promptly send you the missing components.

Will my photo be shared or leaked online?

  • Your privacy is our priority. We delete all files immediately after generating the instructions, ensuring your photo remains secure.

How do I hang the finished product on the wall?

  • We've innovatively included Hook-and-loop fastener as part of the packaging, so you can easily remove your String Art anytime without damaging your walls.

What if I make a few mistakes during the process?

  • We hope this situation doesn't arise because the tools make the process as simple as possible. Typically, a few mistakes have minimal impact, and the finished product won’t have significant deviations. If you notice an error, you can backtrack a few steps and start again.
